If there are any terms in this privacy policy that you do not agree with, please discontinue use of our site and services by contacting us to cancel your account. At this time, refunds are not given for unused portion of subscriptions, however you can be confident that we will disable your account upon request and we will mark your account an inactive in our databases.

This privacy policy applies to all information collected through our website (such as https://aviditystream.com) and/or any related services, sites, sales, marketing, online media, promotions or events (collectively referred to in this privacy policy as “sites”).

We do not, and never will, share your personal information with any third party. Any information we collect from you is exclusively used for configuring your account based upon the services you have subscribed to and for the purposes of providing you with the services you have subscribed to.

1: What information do we collect?

Personal information you disclose to us.

In short, we collect personal information that you provide to us such as name, address, contact information, company name, passwords, and security data, and payment information.

In regard to your payment information, we do not store your card numbers on file. We use an integration with our secure payment processor, who processes the payment on our behalf, sends us a secure token and notification of payment. We do not store card numbers, bank account numbers, routing numbers, personal identification numbers (PIN), card expirations, or CVV codes.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when registering at the sites expressing an interest in obtaining information about us or our products or services, when participating in activities on the sites or otherwise contacting us.

The personal information that we collect depends upon the contact of your interactions with us and the Sites, the choices you make and the products and features you use. The personal information we collect may include the following:

Name and Contact Data: We collect your first and last name, email address, postal address, phone number, business related data (as it may relate to and be required by our services), and other similar contact data.

Credentials: We collect passwords and other similar security information used for secure authentication and for protecting account access.

5: How long do we keep your information?

In short, we keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless otherwise required by law. If you choose to cancel your subscription(s) with our company or allow your subscription(s) to lapse, we will keep your account information for a period of up to five (5) years for the purposes of re-enabling your account if you choose to do so. After that period, we will purge your information from our database using generally accepting methodologies of the software development industry.

We will otherwise only keep your personal information as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose in this policy will require us keeping your personal information for longer than one (1) year past the termination of the user’s account or subscription.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate is from any further processing until deleting is possible.

Due to the nature of our business purposes, and the nature of your interactions with performing or participating in the execution, or otherwise involvement in, government contracts, our products and services, other subscribers may have access to some portion of your personal/company data. Such information may also be available through the publicly accessible government databases which we do not manage or otherwise control.

6: How do we keep your information safe?

In short, we aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational technical security measures. We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, please also remember that we cannot guarantee that the internet itself is 100% secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our sites is at your own risk. You should only access the services from within a secure environment.

7: Do we collect information from minors?

In short, we do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under the age of 18. Our services are design for use by legally created and legally existing companies/businesses. By using our sites, you represent that you are a least 18 years old or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the sites. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measure to promptly delete such data from our records. 8: What are your Privacy Rights?

In short, you may review, change, or terminate your account at any time. Cancelling an account subscription may not result in a refund of payment for services.

If you would at any time like to review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, you can:

· Login into your account and update your account information

Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account as outlined in this policy. However, some information may be retained in our database to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms, policies, and/or to comply with legal requirements.

Cookies and similar technologies: Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove cookies and to reject cookies. If you choose to remove or reject cookies, this could affect certain features, services, or performance of, and

Opting out of email marketing: Any marketing emails from AvidityStream LLC would be limited in frequency, nature and scope. However, if you wish to choose to opt-out from our marketing email list, you may do so at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link embedded in such emails. You would then be removed from future marketing emails. However, we still need to communicate with you via email for sending service and account related emails which are necessary for the administration and use of your account.

9: Controls for Do-Not-Track features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting which you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals currently exists. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking becomes widely adopted and generally recognized as an industry standard, we will inform you about that practice in a revise version of this privacy policy.

10: Do California residents have specific privacy right?

In short, yes, if you are a resident of California, you are granted specific rights regarding access to your personal information.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once per year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we have shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. If you are a California resident and would like to make such a request, please submit your request in writing to: support@aviditystream.com. You must include your full name, email address associated with the account, and account/customer number.

11: Do we make updates to this policy?

In short, yes, we will update this policy as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws and regulations. We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible on the site. If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we may notify you by either prominently posting a notice of such changes or by directly sending you a notification.
