What is AvidityStream's Secret Sauce?

Secret Sauce.png

People often want to know how AvidityStream is able to offer its products and services at such a lower price point than its competitors.

But before we answer that, let’s answer the question:

“Why would we want to?”

We developed a technological solution to be the Great Equalizer, allowing small businesses to compete without having a large budget allocation for finding contract opportunities.

Our pricing is straightforward, open and transparent, and affordable for every small business.

For less than a dollar per day we scrub the government databases, every day on your behalf, looking for opportunities to sell your business’ products and services to the government.

We also felt it was important to provide an opportunity for our members to keep an eye on their competitors.  That’s why we developed our Competitor Watch service.  For less than 50 cents per day, we’ll keep a sniper-style watch on your competitors and report back exactly what they are up to in your personalized dashboard.

Our secret sauce is very simple:

  • We do not employ any high priced sales people.

  • We leverage technology to solve problems.

  • We are military veterans; its in our nature to stand up for the little guys.

Our business model is not complex.  We save our members time & money by doing the work for you and we keep costs as small as we possibly can.

We’re a small business.  We know what it means to operate on a shoestring budget.

We want to make a profit too.  We’re not a charity.  But we get a lot of enjoyment out of helping our members Win!

How can a small business stay competitive when trying to compete against companies with far greater resources?

george-750x400.jpg

It was George Bernard Shaw who once said:

“The reasonable man adapts himself to the world. The unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore ALL PROGRESS depends on the UNREASONABLE man.”

In today’s business world we might compare that to the cliche “thinking outside the box”.. If hearing that cliche one more time makes you want to roll your eyes or lose your lunch, you’re not alone. That’s why I like the way Shaw puts it.

In tough situations, whether it be in war or in business, sometimes we have to take an approach that’s so unreasonable that our competitors would never even consider it.

Let’s face it, most small businesses enjoy the “small” aspect of their business but that doesn’t mean they want the word “small” to be used when describing their revenue.

Small business can score BIG opportunities.

You often hear wealthy people describe how they became wealthy by “being frugal”. Being frugal in business means making wise decisions with investments. It means not spending more than is necessary while remaining competitive. It means avoiding the trap of trying to radiate the image of success before actually achieving success.

Avoid the trap of “Faking Big” in order to compete.

A business owner who operates with wisdom is able to focus their attention on what is best for their business and is able to avoid unnecessary distractions.

Many businesses who want to compete for government contracts will fall into the trap of thinking they must pay thousands of dollars per year to subscribe to expensive services which offer access to opportunities. These high priced subscriptions are dressed with fancy charts & graphs which may look important but offer no advancement into the winners circle of awarded contracts.

AvidityStream doesn’t do that. AvidityStream’s products and services are straightforward, easy to use and easy to understand - and best of all, cost less than a dollar per day!

AvidityStream’s a la cart products and services are specifically engineered for Small Businesses with Small Budgets.

Many services which promise to find contracts for your business will charge thousands of dollars per year - sometimes more than $10,000 for an annual subscription - not because they have superior services, but rather because they have expensive Sales people on staff who demand high salaries.

Some of these subscription services won’t even quote you a price. Why? Because they want to peek under your sheets (balance sheet) by asking personal probing questions to see how much they can squeeze out of you. They ask questions like how many employees you have, what is your annual revenue, how many contracts do you typically win.

What they are really trying to figure out is: How much can we charge this customer?

This is one of the primary reasons AvidityStream was brought into existence.

All too often, small businesses are left out because they don’t have large budgets.

The truth is, you don’t have to spend a lot of money to have government contract opportunities sent directly to you.

AvidityStream is specifically engineered for Small Businesses with Small Budgets.

AvidityStream’s leverages a technological solution to save you money.

Is tracking your competitors important?

Anyone who has experience in the world of government contracting knows that, just like in any business, knowing your competition is valuable information.

So how do you begin?

Google is an option, if you have time.  There are even research tools that are free to use online.  But even then you will quickly begin to feel like a small fish swimming in an endless ocean of information.  The sheer mental overload of massive amounts of data becomes overwhelming.

We’ve all heard that “time is money”.

Large corporations spend portions of their budgets employing resources who are solely focused on research and keeping close tabs on competitors.  But that’s an expensive proposition and most small businesses don’t have that kind of room in their budget.

What you really want to know is:

  • What are my competitors bidding on?

  • What bids are my competitors winning?

  • How can I make sure I get an opportunity to compete?

The great news is there are services specifically “Engineered for Small Businesses with Small Budgets”.

For example, AvidityStream’s COINS service (Contract Opportunity Intelligent Notification System) automatically searches the government databases for contract opportunities and notifies you whenever those opportunities are posted (open for bid).  A running list of opportunities open for bid are displayed on your personalized dashboard.  This service only costs your business around 72 cents per day.  You can’t get a cup of terrible gas station coffee for that price!

Additionally, AvidityStream’s Competitor Watch service allows you to enter the DUNS number of your competitors and will notify you and display your competitor’s awards in your personalized dashboard; allowing you keep close tabs on what your competitors are doing.  Your business can take advantage of this service for around 36 cents per day.  You can’t buy a hotdog for that price!

Can you do all of this laborious work yourself?  Yes, of course you can.  But how much is your time worth to you?

More importantly, how much is your time worth to your business?

Checkout AvidityStream’s products and service and consider the strategic advantage of becoming a member of AvidityStream today.
